Architectural/Engineering Services Trades District Phase 2
The CDRPA is seeking qualifications from Architectural and/or Engineering Firms to provide phased design services for the adaptive reuse of the eastern former Gigawatt Pod Site into the CDRPA Trades District Phase 2. The site is located in the Pangborn Airport Business Park off of S. Union Avenue in East Wenatchee, WA. The site also currently consists of twelve unfinished building foundations (approximately 700 square feet each) and one partially completed structure on 3.5-acres of land. A key objective of Phase 2 is to improve upon Phase 1 by reducing construction costs and long-term maintenance requirements while maintaining functionality and flexibility for tenants. The Trades District is intended to support small business formation and expansion, including light industrial, trades, small manufacturing, and craft food and beverage uses consistent with zoning requirements.

Rosemount / Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement
Sealed bids will be received by Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority for the construction of Rosemount / Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement in Wenatchee, Washington:

at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801
The project includes demolition of selected interior construction of the 40,200 square foot building including, concrete equipment foundations and pads, steel wall framing, cabinets, steel doors and frames, wood doors, overhead doors, drywall, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, painting, restroom accessories, fire sprinkler system modifications, associated mechanical and electrical work, and additional work as shown on drawings.
A pre-bid tour of the project is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Attendance by prospective bidders and major sub-bidders is strongly encouraged.
Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Agreement, General Requirements, Drawings and Specifications entitled “Rosemount/Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement, Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority” are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and may be requested from the Architect. Documents may also be examined at various construction councils and builder association plan centers, a list of which is available from the office of the Architect.
