Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA)!

For major projects, bids are advertised in North Central Washington newspapers with a direct link posted on the Regional Port Authority’s website under Bid Opportunities.

For small works projects, professional consulting services, and vendors for purchased services, the CDRPA will utilize the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters.

New construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement projects under $350,000 utilize the MRSC Small Works Roster. Contractors are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Small Works Roster.
Companies offering professional services such as architecture, engineering, design, planning, management, environmental, and other consulting services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Consultant Roster.

Vendors providing services for supplies, materials, and equipment not being purchased in connection with public works contracts, and other purchased services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Vendor Roster.

RCW 53.08.440 states that "any port with more than ten million dollars in annual gross revenues, excluding grant and loan funds, shall maintain a database on a public website of all contracts, including public works and personal services..." Please click on the link above to view the Port’s current and past contracts. The contract list is a living and evolving document. Updates to the list will be posted online at least quarterly. BID OPPORTUNITIES

The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. To find current state prevailing wage rates, see L&I's page Find Prevailing Wage Rates by Classification, which also includes a link to descriptions of trades and classifications. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

CTC Second Floor Entry Revision

Sealed bids will be receive by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington 98801 for the CTC 2ND FLOOR ENTRY REVISION project located at 285 Technology Center Way, Wenatchee, Washington.

BIDS DUE: Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10:00 am.

SCOPE OF WORK: Remove, and salvage where noted, existing access flooring, ramps, handrails, walls, lights, ductwork, carpet, etc. in preparation of new work. Provide ramp, handrails, access flooring, carpet, framed walls, doors, relites, act tiles, etc. Paint and stain doors and walls as scheduled. Relocate existing HVAC diffusers and grilles, existing lights and provide new switching. Provide new fixtures and electrical outlets as needed.

Invitation to Bid

TSA Tenant Improvement and Baggage Security TI

Sealed bids will be received by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, in Wenatchee, Washington for the construction of the TSA Tenant Improvement and the Baggage Security T.I. in East Wenatchee, Washington.

Time limits for receipt of proposals are as follows: Section 00 41 00 – Price Proposal must be received by 2:00 pm, August 15th, 2025. Section 00 41 10 – Subcontractor’s Listing A must be received not later than one hour after the Price Proposal time limit. Bids received after this time will not be considered.

SCOPE OF WORK

Contract Bid Schedule A – TSA Tenant Improvement: Remodel of an existing office area including removal of doors and walls; steel stud and gypsum wallboard infill; patching and painting of walls; replacement of carpeting, resilient flooring, resilient base, and suspended ceiling tiles; upgraded door hardware and access controls; HVAC ductwork modifications; light fixture replacement; additional power and data outlets; video surveillance equipment; video intercom system; and panic system.

Contract Bid Schedule B – Baggage Security T.I.: Demolition of the existing TSA offices, repainting of perimeter walls, cleaning and sealing of concrete, addition of coiling door, painting and relocation of above ceiling low voltage systems.

PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH

Two pre-bid walkthroughs will be conducted. Dates for the walkthrough are as follows: July 31st, 2025, at 3:00 pm, and August 5th, 2025, at 3:00 pm, meeting at the entry to the future TSA Suite on One Pangborn Drive, East Wenatchee, Washington.

Attendance of the walkthroughs is not mandatory. Access to the space is restricted and access will not be available outside of the scheduled walkthroughs.

Request for Qualifications

Security Systems Consulting Services

The CDRPA is requesting statements of qualification from consultants specializing in electronic security and surveillance systems for the purpose of evaluating, planning and design services. The Regional Port seeks a consultant to evaluate existing electronic security and surveillance systems, prepare a plan to transition all existing systems and design the installation of new system(s) at select CDRPA properties.
