The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

Lineage Building A Roof Repairs & HVAC Installation
Sealed BIDS will be received by Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98801 until Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 10:00 am.
Bids received after then date and time noted above will not be considered.
Work generally consists of: Repair of the existing built up asphalt roof and associated penetrations. Provide new split system heat pumps, located on the roof, and new head units in the existing brewery space. Work also includes demolition of some HVAC components.
Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, Schedule of Prices, Public Works Agreement, Outline Specification and Drawings entitled, “Chelan Douglas Regional Port District LINEAGE A ROOF REPAIR & HAVAC” may be requested from CDRPA in Portable Document Format (PDF) and may also be examined at various construction councils and builder association plan centers, a list of which is available from the office of the Architect: Paul Coppock at (509) 662-4781 or paul@doharchitects.com.

Due to restrictions on access to the building and roof and the fact the building is not currently occupied, opportunities to inspect the building will be limited to one scheduled site visit.
A representative for CDRPA will be available to answer questions on the project. The walkthrough will attempt to visit all areas of work in an orderly fashion.
The date and time for this walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 12:00 pm at 1 Orondo Way, Wenatchee, WA.
Attendance to the scheduled walkthrough is not mandatory.

T-Hangars and Taxilanes Project
Sealed BIDS will be received by the Owner at 285 Technology Center Way, Wenatchee, Washington 98801 until Wednesday, February 26th, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The Work generally consists of the following: Three new general aviation pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) hangars are to be constructed on two sites at Pangborn Memorial Airport. Three existing hangars are to be demolished and removed from the Airport. Sitework for the project includes pavement section building, asphalt paving, drainage structure installation, and utility installation. Building construction for the site includes erection of two nested T-Hangar Buildings and on Clear Span Hangar Building. The anticipated funds available for the Work are $8,052,165.55 (including Washington State sales tax.)

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held in-person at 2:00 PM PST on Monday, February 17th, 2025 in the Pangborn Airport Terminal Building Conference Room. The address of the Terminal Building is 1 Pangborn Road, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Attendance by prime contractors is mandatory. Bids submitted by firms that did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected. A site visit will follow the Pre-Bid Conference. Prospective Bidders shall submit written questions to the Project Manager (Caleb Lindquist at clindquist@ardurra.com) no later than 2:00 PM PST on Thursday, February 20th, 2025.

Work generally consists of pavement demolition, excavation and backfill, underground utilities, base course, paving, pavement markings, storm drainage, airfield lighting and signage, Airfield Light Vault installation, Precision Approach Path Indicator installation, airfield lighted beacon installation, topsoil and re-seeding of disturbed areas, perimeter road improvements, and other site improvements. The anticipated funds available for the Work are $17,029,019.71 (including Washington State sales tax.) The anticipated funds are conditioned upon a grant award from the Federal Aviation Administration. All questions should be directed to the Engineer, Clint Wise, at cwise@ardurra.com .
