The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. To find current state prevailing wage rates, see L&I's page Find Prevailing Wage Rates by Classification, which also includes a link to descriptions of trades and classifications. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

Architectural/Engineering Services for the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority Craft District
The CDRPA is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants for the purpose of providing design services for the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority Craft District project. The Regional Port seeks a consultant to propose complete design services for the adaptive reuse of the former Lineage property into the CDRPA Craft District.
All interested proposers must notify the RFP Coordinator, Stacie de Mestre, at: Stacie@cdrpa.org to register and be included in the Proposer List.
