The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

CDRPA Landscape Maintenance Services
Sealed bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00:00 PM, Pacific Local Time, on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, and publicly open and read aloud at 285 Technology Center Way., Wenatchee, Washington.
The CDRPA seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for landscape maintenance services to meet the business and operational needs of the CDRPA . The work shall include performing various landscape maintenance services including, but not limited to mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, and pruning.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held Friday, March 21, 2025 at 10:00 am, at 3306 5th St. SE., East Wenatchee, WA.
