Goal #3: Community Engagement - Strengthen community engagement and public awareness to support Port initiatives and build trust with the communities we serve.
Goal #4: Operational Excellence - Continue to enhance to enhance the Port’s internal operations to ensure employee engagement, financial stability, and readiness for future growth.
