The Trades District - Tenant Resources:

Business Development Resources:

Tenants are required to work with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to create a comprehensive Business Plan within the first six months of occupancy, unless they already have one in place. Additionally, the Hispanic Business Council Advisory Board, housed within the Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce, serves as an excellent resource for networking, guidance, and support in the local business community.

Utility Setup:

Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for utility services directly with the service providers. Follow the links below to connect with the East Wenatchee Water District and Douglas County PUD to establish your services. Please note that certain services will be provided through the Regional Port as outlined below.

Note: Fiber setup is through the service provider of your choice.

Paid to Regional Port through a Monthly Flat Rate: Sewer, Garbage, Fire Protection Assessment, Property Insurance, Irrigation Water, Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal.

Additional Resources:

Tenants are encouraged to take advantage of the NCW Tech Alliance's Tech Help and Website programs, which provide valuable resources for building and enhancing your online presence. The Website program is offered free of charge and is available in both Spanish and English to support a diverse range of businesses. Additionally, the SBA’s Fund Your Business page is an excellent resource for exploring funding options and learning about financial tools to support your business growth.
